This is dilution, plain and simple.. Call it what you want, but this is dilution, by any other name and this is apparently NOT in conjunction with the merger as noted in the filing. SO, this dilution could/should be on top of the already announced dilution that is to come with the closing of the merger. I....believe todays news was to offset the Form D to ensure the stock did not free fall due to all the incoming shares. If they do not close the merger soon and prior to the announcement of all the new shares, be prepared for 10 cent shares. That being said, no real investor will sign onto a company until they know the way forward and these two companies have made the waters so cloudy no institutional investor will even come close to this company. John, Dale, if you want additional capital and investors, close the d%&N deal and announce the terms!
