Updates & Progress Report
OTC Current Status
As we announced, the attorney has recommended that we file Q3 and then do the Attorney Letter for current status. Well, 2011-Q3 has been posted to OTC Markets. We’ll get with the attorney this week to address the letter. They will probably make us jump through a couple hoops (as no attorney worth their salt doesn’t), so I expect that there will be an additional filing to the OTC Market’s repository before the letter. Thankfully, we filed Part One & Part Two in all of our last 4 Quarters, so the information is already there and represents above-and-beyond the requirements (but there might need to be a re-titled filing of the same information in a different format to satisfy the examiner, as I suspect that most don’t over report the way we did, and I’ll bet that confuses the examiner).
NOTE: The Company issued 15MM shares as of Friday, 14 October 2011, so we could pay for the above as well as some other outstanding legal and accounting items. You will see this reflected on this website (About) as well as the OTC Markets (Company Info) site as soon as OTC updates it.
Website Developments
We have been steadily changing the face of Energy1Corp.com to reflect a shift toward a client/customer destination verses a shareholder/investor portal. As many things, its a continued work in progress. We will endeavor to make sure that we do not take away that which many have become accustomed; rather we will move it to other places where it makes more sense - for example, the newly created EGOC Investors Group (E1-Group) and its sister page (E1-Pages) on Facebook, as well as the Forums section of this website. We hope that the changes are good and that people take advantage of the new and various methods to find what they need - both investors & potential customers.
