Yah. A lot of shares. It's not like I didn't know they were there. AS increase to 6.5bb known for several months. 700mm placement known for several months. 400:1 convertible shares off restriction in April of 2011 in the 2010 annual. Plenty of info available. I first bought in Dec 2009. I just put in an order at the ask for 600,000. Lot of things confusing about the stock but the business model remains good in my eyes. I believe the business makes the stock not the stock makes the business. I have lost before and I will lose again. I'm not one for crying over spilled milk. I remain a longterm investor in Tytan International.
