It's not the past, it's the current, and there's never been any indication they are still not doing the actual work of being the IR people, inhouse or not.
This CEO is too cagey to just come out and say the company is no longer using the services of ANY of those personnel.
Surely, someone could come up with the answer, or is the CEO still too busy to direct such an important question too ?
