I believe this 504 funding is being used for expansion currently. I do not believe he is funding day to day operations off of his stock. He posted that his company has no debt with the exception of current monthly billings and the loan with Midland Bank. He does not have any need to sell shares to fund day to day operations.
He is current with his payments on the loan with midland bank (FDIC Loan) and this is being negotiated. The monthly payment is about 1500 bucks at this time, as I recall.
This talk about Mark selling shares to make payroll is ridiculous ( I am not saying you said this ) If you believe what he has said publicly. There is an awful lot of effort going into making this look as if Mark is financially destitute at this time - I think this is far from the truth.
WHAT is the right way to dump shares. I would like to know because any time a company or a trusted guy like Mark has new shares to sell and they sell them the out come is always the same a lower PPS. so please show us what is the correct way to dump share without the share price going down. The real crime here is everyone here thinks Mark is above all of the other pinks. Which is crazy because the game is the same and the results are always the same more share to sell = lower share price. That would apply to Warren Buffet as well
