Why do many people use the word 'steal' - if nothing else it would surprise me a great deal if the FDA didn't steer the other applicants down the same road that Momenta cleared. No need for stealing.

"Steer down the same road" to me means that other companies must prove sameness, not suggesting that competitors, in their production process, uses MNTA's IP - that's stealing. Just what exactly do you mean by "steer down the same road"?

It's my understanding that MNTA patents are supposed to form some kind of a wall around the production of an enox generic. I suppose we'll have some idea in the not too distant future about the strength of that wall.

I consider the use of MNTA's patented IP to be stealing - if it's not, then what is the use of a patent?
