MNTA's IP is not worth nearly as much as has previously been priced into the stock.

When has that ever been priced into MNTA? E.g. even after settling at Dew's proposed settlement AND assuming that Ex's model applies for organic loss of Lovenox market value (to other thinners) the NPV of the revenue stream is about 4-1/2 times the 2011 Momenta cash flow (i.e. about $1.5B). Where can I go to get me some of that?!

How sad that the result of stealing another companies IP is that the creator of the IP gets a) their IP stolen and b) less income than they otherwise would have had.

Why do many people use the word 'steal' - if nothing else it would surprise me a great deal if the FDA didn't steer the other applicants down the same road that Momenta cleared. No need for stealing.
