DE...the point is that RM and HW have close ties. Warp made it very clear back around June 26 that there was going to be a big ruckus at the SHM and spewed a whole pile of falsehoods on this board regarding everything from FEMA, to reverse splits, to C and E taking this private to outside jobs and HW being much alienated and disrespected...blah blah.
It was honestly expected that RM being HW's buddy would spearhead something to at least raise these issues and frankly not support management.
The fact he stood voluntarily to speak was not surprising, but that he backed management 100% was a shock...at least to me from what Warp had prepped us all who were to attend to expect.
If he was not for management and without any support from a physical presence from HW or Warp in attendance and others of like ilk with shares to vote, it would have been simple for RM to have said nothing at all and vote his proxies against.
Didn't happen.
All this talk about HW is of no importance now. He's part of history. The company no longer has use for his services.
