Yes same here they have to hold a majority control. This used to be a big board stock at dollars...that changes everything volume wise. when the OS increases it does not mean share hit the open market. it can increase from shares being purchased. Such as showtime buying shares or shares being given to pay a debt which is what was recently done. Other then that same structure for years here
