I wouldn't worry too much about that. Keep in mind that as Stratus converts shares, it will also decrease their 95% ownership and increase the percentage of ownership of the public.

I would also expect that a million shares entering the market would hardly be noticed (unless it happened too frequently). For example, the recently released 8-k indicated an oustanding share count of 60,854,726 which was up from the previous 59+ million shares. I for one didn't notice any big change as a result of the increase.
