Stock, people did not sell at .25 or .0025 (pre R/S) back then only because most of them bought in much higher. That spike was based on two things: The SEMA show which was more than disappointing and the announced move to the OTCBB which still hasn't happened . Call the TA and see if they are still gagged as they were last summer when I called. Also look at this from PINK SHEETS:
