oilman - thanks for that post. I can see that you have done a good bit of thinking on the subject and I've always appreciated your honest appraisals. Got some questions for you and anyone else if you don't mind answering.

On a scale of 1-10, how would the following events rate on the scale of "average oil investor" interest?
(1 being low, 10 being high)

PSC finalized
Drilling program announced, starts within 3 months
Drilling program announced, starts 3-6 months
Drilling program announced, starts 6+ months
Drilling begun
