Healthnostics, Inc is a Pink Sheet company. OTC Markets has determined that "transparency" is NOT required in "Pink Sheet" companies. OTC Markets has determined that "providing shareholders with as much information as possible" is NOT required in "Pink Sheet" companies. OTC Markets has determined that financial standards OR reporting requirements are NOT REQUIRED in "Pink Sheet" companies.
