The required disclosure statement is not an excuse to avoid providing any transparency whatsoever. It also comes down to ethics. Any ethical CEO would provide his/her shareholders with as much information as possible on their investment. Mr. Black has failed miserably in this regard and the reasons for that are looking more and more obvious now. GLTA
