There is a HUGE copper mine being developed in Mongolia (I think it is that country). Other companies are also developing new mines. So unless they shut them in there will be more supply. Since silver is a byproduct in most cases, I agree that silver production will depend on copper production. It just might be at lower prices. Then again maybe not.
