The whole ball of wax is whether or not Gary can get the plants built and operating. If he can pull that off then loading in this current PPS range means payoffs in excess of a 20-25 bagger. That is a HUGE payoff....
I know Gary is a genius when it comes to processing plastic. He needs someone with 5 million plus to believe in the same dream.
