Sorry Tex, I don't see it. Maybe I'm slow. I thought the cup with handle was when the stock approaches an old high, then pulls back, eliminating the overhead supply and forming the handle, then blows past the old high once the crap is cleared out. We hit a high in the .005's last week, but I don't see how that's an old high. I see it more as a future resistance level. JMO.
