I am also amazed that this kind of thing is allowed to happen while the SEC looks the other way. A group with a pattern of moving from shell to shell, victimizing shareholders along the way, should be investigated for fraud. It is clear that management deliberately took us to the pink sheets where there are no rules and no accountability.

I and quite a few others put up our cash to try to do something. Those who were leading weren't doing out of arrogance,just a firm belief that our company was being taken away for the personal gain of those whe had been handed the reins. Unfortunately personal attacks took precedence. I don't know and won't speculate what the outcome would have been if the stockholders had banded together and taken over. It might not have come out much better,but at least we could have gotten answers,info and had the satisfaction of having tried to save our investments.

Rena, I feel pretty much the same way. I tend to believe in goodness and honesty, and this has been a great disappointment. I guess I finally have to accept that this investment is a "goner".
