All anyone has to do to figure out this mystery is call the company who owns the website and ask a few simple questions

Are you referring to OTCMarkets when you say "call the company that owns the website"? OTCMarkets is going to clarify everything that the company says they're doing?

They don't have a clue what the company's doing. They only know what the company tells them and they MAY have an opinion as to how what they think it will play out.
