It is a little confusing, however, I spoke to otcmarkets.com today. They told me that the old cusip number shares of a said Company will not show up on their system until the corporate actions takes place and those shares are exchanged for the new cusip number. So, what my DD revealed today was that the numbers shown on otcmarkets.com do not include the shares with the old cusip number on them that all shareholders currently hold in their brokerage accounts.
It makes sense to me. As I said previously, the company is doing a mandatory certificate exchange and a 1:10 reverse split, as well as a symbol change and a name change as part
of their corporate actions. Feel free to call otcmarkets, formerly called pinksheets, and let them explain this same information to you. All anyone has to do to figure out this mystery is call the company who owns the website and ask a few simple questions. Cheers, PC
