Communications International, Inc., a provider of GPS tracking and navigation
solutions and a subsidiary of East Coast Diversified Corporation, has signed a
term sheet agreement to acquire Rogue Paper, Inc., a developer of media mobile
and branded applications. All the companies are based in the US.

Under the terms of the agreement, the acquisition will consist of the issuance
of East Coast's preferred shares, which have minimal effect on its current share
structure.
