Received a PM regarding the financials ...

PPS is dropping due to the settlement of debt with Asher. I reviewed the financials and the debt is definitely DUE.

$41k conversion going on - based on the pps during the last few days that equates to 4.1 million shares at an average of .01. Has to be almost extinguished based on the volume Friday and today.

Once the conversion is done (makes sense with the selling pressure) DUSS goes straight up (relatively speaking).

IMO they will wait til the conversion is complete to put out a PR.

4.1 mil shares is nothing but it does add alot of pressure in a two day period.
