I read the fins and that was the only problem I saw - Asher, for $40K. Not a problem, IMO. Not like $400K or $4M. Hell, today's total volume averaged around $200K.

But, that conversion to liquid may not have occurred. If Asher is getting paid in shares, it's up to them when to sell. Unless your saying management sold some shares themselves to pay the debt. Usually, it's the other way, where the Company issues shares to other creditors, and the entity receiving them can sell when they choose. If that is the case, and if it were Me, I would wait to sell the shares, as the value is definitely headed UP. But, I understand your reasoning and math deduction coupled with the timing.
