I agree.. I also think that a ZTEM could have easily been completed already adding much value to the project and SRK report, but we have no word of it as yet.

Makes me think that someone is or wants on board with advanced negotiations on going and why wouldn't they? If LBSR is allowed to ZTEM and drill a few cores the price tag to buy-in could skyrocket...
