It's possible.

Today I've been thinking more about what Briscoe and Co. have been doing WRT the Arizona claims lately. With staking the Hay Mountain claims, and obtaining the SRK report, and with MLV onboard, it would seem they are putting it all together for a specific end-partner in AZ. And I am now convinced they are doing everything right with the AZ copper/gold claims; NPSP remains to be seen.

But regarding the Tombstone claims, I am reminded of the old saying, "Render unto Caesar". I think that is what they are doing with the Tombstone claims. They have compiled a comprehensive geotechnical report, and they may or may not ZTEM or drill before they sign a JV, but they are taking all the right steps to do so.

The Liberty Star team are putting themselves in a position where they can best "Render unto Caesar", who would be Freeport-McMoran in this case. Since Freeport has stated they desire the kind of claims we have in AZ, and we have identified & compiled data outlining a significant potential resource in these claims, Freeport would be inclined to give us what we want (a JV) if we have already identified what we can offer them.

I think the picture is clearly moving in the right direction at Tombstone, but there is still too much "in the air" at BCSP and NPSP.
