Can someone please clarify specifically what the importance of "AM-03" and "dry stacking" is for me. I hate to be ignorant, but I am very much so where these items are concerned. If someone could point me in the right direction (DD wise) it would be much appreciated.

The possibility still exists. But everything would have to fall into place. But having the C & D lifted will not leave enough time to get the Mill operational this year. They still have a 45 day public comment period. Losing August to the mudslide was all it took IMO. Everything was going great until that happened. An act of nature no one could have predicted. But contrary to what some would suggest, not deliberate, just a bit of bad luck.
