Wow! The SEC took action a lot quicker than I anticipated. Like I said yesterday in the PM to you, the SEC complaint should let us know eventually who was behind the wash trading and upward price manipulation. It won't surprise me if Blue Wave Advisors shows up as one of the defendants in the complaint.
