I wonder what will happen with that. All the SEC said officially that there was not sufficient information available regarding the security. I did see an 8K later issued that spelled it out in plain English (as if it wasn't already). How many times does a company have to say its stock is worthless, only to then have people listen to the message board clowns, or have their noses stuffed in a chart, without a clue otherwise. To me the choice wasn't that hard. (shrug)
