Mag....maybe when all the fluff is backed up by revenue on a
quarterly or when a PR says "Manila Airport has PURCHASED...."
or some such. Some of us have seen this type of crap over and
over with penny stocks and, to be honest, just don't believe a
word of it and are usually proven 100% correct in our stance.
Legalspeak means zip to us but it does often do a good job with
the penny players.

You did call it right when you said "whatever IDOI will do will
not work for some guys". I am proud to be counted in that group
and would be red-faced embarrassed to ever have to admit to having
been a "long" during this one way freefall down to the flat line
at .0001 and yet some still try to claim this is a real co. with
a real product. THIS CO. HAS NOSALEABLE PRODUCT.
A metal detector is a solution for beachcombing only.
