The owner and controller of IAB Media is one Jean François Amyot:

The same Jean François Amyot sat as an EGOC officer at exactly the same time as raymond T Brown. He was listed at the same time as VP Corporate Affairs on OTC Markets. His henchman Ian Morrice is also a (recent) past Director of EGOC as shown at the Nevada SOS site:
