Maybe they concluded that they should respond because of a leak. It appears that someone couldn't keep their mouth shut. This may fall under #3 It is otherwise determined that further disclosure is appropriate or required by law.
It is otherwise determined that further disclosure is appropriate..I believe that is appropriate..they disclosed no details of any contracts and I as a shareholder feel the PR was appropriate IMO.
