You can explore drill but you can't mine.Mining is when they take ore out of the sinker.They still need an emergency room before any drilling for exploration.They need fresh water supply also and approval and it has to be inspected and approved.They also have to protect the ground water and get an approval there.I would not buy any shares.$38000 times 160 feet to connect is over 6 million dollars to just connect the two tunnels without draining cost..Probably a million to just make the safe room.Good luck in your thinking and your little investment.
