WayHaw: There is no requirement for a "premerger' shareholder vote.

If the final result of the process is a merger agreement whereby Company X agrees to purchase IDCC at $xxx/share, that agreement will be submitted to shareholder's for their approval.

Alley...Could you share where you see shareholder approval comes in with this whole process? I'm thinking we wouldn't be in "premerger" status until after a shareholders vote. I've been proven wrong on many occasions so I'm approaching this carefully.
