Sure.. that's obviously the same approach Dow Chemical, Kleiner Perkins, Waste Management, Sita, Total Oil, and many other companies who are cozying up to other P2O technologies ... just to ride the "we green" "BS" for a little while.
It has obviously cost RKT a good deal of effort to enter into this agreement. RKT would hardly do that if it did not think there was a good chance of success. The statements made on Facebook gives ample evidence of the optimism of RKT based on its agreement with JBII.
