No, costs them nothing to get to play "we green" for a while, then just say "too bad" when JBII fails. If they really believed all the BS, they would put up the funds to build the first unit on their site and/or buy into the company.

Are the leaders of the NYSE company RKT idiots since they have signed a big deal with this company?

Short-term flipping only, IMO!!!

Note: My comments on companies
are usually my opinion of long term success (years). The PPS may go
up or down greatly in the meantime depending on the number of
greedy suckers with money.
