You make some good points howver, if you and your "buddies" own a huge number of shares here what are the options?
You invested in Scott Keevil and the assets that you and your "buddies" believe is in the ground. Now all of a sudden you are questioning your decision. What has changed and what do you hope to accomplish by voting NO and turning against Scott and the direction he wants to take the company? How is that going to help the SP thus your investment?
I agree that there is a lot we don't know but I don't see the Niostar assets in the ground changing except in value, I don't see Shining Tree hurting you at all, and I fully expect a lot of disclosure after the votes are counted.
So tell me what I am missing. I voted YES and still have confidence that the assets are there and the value a lot higher than where we are now. You and your "buddies" have to do what you have to do and if you dump your shares there will be longs here to scoop them up. We are too far into the process to turn back now.
