I agree that there is a lot we don't know but I don't see the Niostar assets in the ground changing except in value, I don't see Shining Tree hurting you at all, and I fully expect a lot of disclosure after the votes are counted.

Disclosure should be made prior to the vote. How else are we suppose to know if the deal is in our best interest.

The Nio Star assets are leaving SRSR. This is the concern. They are 100% guaranteed to leave, but we are not guaranteed to receive shares in the new company.

Shining tree is not the issue. I truly don't care about shining tree. Look in the I box. Shining tree is not of enough land size to return a huge value.

Your right, I was fine until I read the DC and its lack of information. My Buddies and I are stuck here with everybody eles. Thats why we want this to work...And I dont want to sell, I want the full discloser, thats all.
