Safend has lacked pricing power. Thus it has not realized the full benefits of its world leading security solutions.
That's an interesting statement. People weren't willing to pay what Safend wanted to charge. Therefore, the revenue decline for Safend. The question is, can Wave supply enough perceived value-add with a more enterprise-level solution that includes Safend along with Wave? Given the new product introduction, with the base IP of Safend, the strategy could work with enough value-add of existing Wave functionality. The only way to know will be contract wins.
