I just can't see Amphastar launching unless they were absolutely sure they weren't infringing or a settlement is reached prior to launch. Too much is at stake for them it seems.

I think a TRO is very remote indeed.

MNTA is not seeking a TRO, evidently; that’s why I’m speculating that a no-launch stipulation may already have been agreed to by the parties.
