Not sure. But just by the name of the Co, I'd say get rid of it, especially since you already know they use PENSON. This problem isn't going away... It's going to escalate, so if you're a serious trader/investor... situate yourself with a reputable brokerage. Etrade and I have been VERY GOOD friends for a very long time.
