I hate the DTCC today. Like the Federal Resevrve, they have way too much power for being a private company. Like in my chilled stock today, okay they discovered tye MM were selling so many vapor shares the the entire O/S became massively inflated yto the numbers The T/A hold, so the DTCC comes in and locks down tradeing on your stock. Now do they get the problem worked oiut speedy fast?............SFIO's started June1st, still in chill mode. They cover for the MM as well they are all in on it. we think it will come out that the MMs probably have some 80+mm shares unaccounted for that they will need to find in the open market to cover all the air shares they used to make trades. One day there will be a massive buy in that stock. It crimminal. Hell they have that 3 day rule to find shares and thats not enough, If times get tough they always have the DSTCC to fall back on, The MM's saftey net.
