IBOX says restricted shares well over 2 billion... IMPOSSIBLE when the A/S is 1.6 bil. This should read only 40 mil, the amount that SOYO group may still own, given to them in an agreement in 2007. Those 40 million are not restricted anymore most likely and have probably already been sold. The remaining shares that the CEO owned have already been converted to preferred shares. So CHANGE that part of the IBOX because it looks confusing and suspicious to noobs.
If you want a cherry on top, someone contact a SOYO exec and ask if they still own their 40 mil shares. It would be easy to find out if they actually posted some financials, but they dont so only way to tell is call them... or if its legal, call the T/A to ask if they still own those if theyre allowed to disclose that or not, I dont know.
