How long will it take for court to rule on pi?

MNTA may already have a stipulation from Amphastar and WPI that Amphastar/WPI will not launch until the Court rules on MNTA’s motion for a preliminary injunction.

As of 5 minutes ago, there was nothing on the Pacer website other than the complaint and other documents filed by MNTA. Only MNTA and Sandoz lawyers are listed. Also, I would expect both sides to issue some sort of press release about such a stipulation, but maybe not.
