Lawyers: Any comments or thoughts on absence of news of motion for TRO?

MNTA may already have a stipulation from Amphastar and WPI that Amphastar/WPI will not launch until the Court rules on MNTA’s motion for a preliminary injunction. If this is the case, a separate motion for a TRO is redundant.
