How do you know they have a good chance? Nothing in Spencer's court papers proves Wallace did anything. Nothing in his papers states what comments were made by Wallace. Nothing in his papers specifies which investors or potential companies were persuaded to walk away. Just an allegation that Wallace said untrue things and persuaded folks to not do business with GOSY. Without any substantiation, how can you make a judgment? The better question is what do you think of Spencer's defamation of Wallace? Can Wallace prove his case? Is claiming someone poisoned the drinking water of 400 families defamatory? Or do you agree with Spencer that the statement is true? LOL!!
