I don't know a whole lot about the legal process but the counterclaims GOSY filed just states what they are claiming for a trial, right? Aren't the details disclosed when depositions are made? No one would have that information except the attorneys until it was made public in trial, IMO.

Claims and counterclaims are meant to lay out the cause(s) of action. The proof comes in discovery and trial before the court.
