Given how strongly Wheeler has defended MNTA's IP during recent CCs and presentations, I'd be surprised if MNTA didn't sue Amphastar (clearly agree that #1 and #2 cases remain in play). It would be nice to see MNTA come out with a PR or host an update CC shortly to reiterate its confidence in its IP and give us some kind of hint at what they are thinking about in terms of next steps to defend their position with mL. That might restore some confidence.
