There was no documentation 4kids, just your interpretation of what you think you see on l2. As for your blocking on the ask claim, well I witnessed that one first hand in a stock I owned that sold body armor. The ask was blocked by insiders selling 7 million shares after announcing a $100 million contract the afternoon of the pr and the next day. Wave after wave of buying that afternoon and the pps never moved more than .10 from the then price of $18.80. I never realized it was insiders until they were charged by the SEC and ultimately had to pay hundreds of millions in fines and disgorgement penalties. So, who was it again blocking the ask?

when i first contacted the sec
that was sept 16th 2009 <from memory
so i may be off a day> as to my filed
complaint about PALI CAPITAL being in
lockstep with the biggest crook <MM>
on the OTC .. that is NITE
PALI didn't have the shares to BLOCK
on the ask with NITE .. but they were
utilized
again this isn't a surprise *basser*
as i've said i've always posted about this
i also talked to specific compliance officers
including NITE's .. OCT of 2009 was a tough month ;-)
let me reiterate .. it's my sincere belief
that mgmt has never sold one share nor have
others .. including those who have never even
deposited their certs in any brokerage firm
that is one of the questions i would expect to
be answered directly at the SM .. by those in
attendance .. regardless until that fact <forms>
are uploaded .. it's a moot point
but it's part of the overall *dilemma* facing those who DO
