No sir, I invested my money back in December '10 after reading about the T-Mobile lawsuit. From what I gathered only a staff of idiots could lose the case, it was a slam dunk. Then, after about a month or so, I realized, like you guys have so eloquently pointed out, that getting information from this company is quite the difficult task. I finally found this board and was content to just peer in and take in everything that was being tossed around. Well, when the conversational climate is such that everyone on the BOD is or has been derelict in their duties then one feels compelled to ask a few questions. Now, if I do not know the Board members personally I am at the mercy of hearsay to form ANY kind of an opinion. I gotta tell ya', based on what I have heard on this board, I'll be glad when the dust settles next week...
