I am with you there. Honestly, this board has become just north of useless based on all the noise being generated by the two camps. There is no way to discern who is accurate. Since the BOD has been silent until recently, I guess they opened themselves up for all the bashing. Lets hope for solid info right from the source tomorrow. From there, we can make new decisions based on new information. Key word there is INFORMATION. Until now, we have gotten very little real information. Who's to say there will be anything substantial announced tomorrow, but its something.

Lose what case? The T-Mobile case? That never went to trail and is on hold.

Calypso vs Daic was the case that is supposedly settled and by no means was a slam dunk. Neither is T-Mobile really.
